Brain Drain w/ AC Slater (T&B)

by | Nov 19, 2011 | MUSIC

AC Slater joins Audio Ammo for this month’s Brain Drain – coming from Brooklyn, NY. One of the four DJ’s that make up the Trouble & Bass crew, AC’s been killing it as one of the scene’s biggest producers and best DJs. Along with his releases on T&B, he also runs his own Party Like Us label.

AC Slater is a non-stop touring machine, commanding the party crowds from underground dens in New York, the grimy warehouse raves of east London to the throbbing super-clubs in Tokyo with his high-octane mix of twisted electro and big bass music. His tracks are supported by the biggest names in the electronic world and he’s vast remix catalogue includes tracks for Boys Noize, Crookers, Moby, Steve Angello and Laidback Luke, and more recently hip-hop acts Chris Brown, Big Sean, and Chiddy Bang. Moby was so blown away he labeled AC’s remix as ‘a perfect song’ and one of his top ten songs of the decade.

Along with his own originals and remixes, AC Slater has collaborated with the likes of Drop The Lime, Bart B More, Ninjasonik, and Dell Harris – his partner in side hip-hop project, AC & Dell.
