CONTEST: Fatboy Slim @ 9:30 Club

We are bouncing out of our seats after the announcement that pioneering dance phenomenon, Fatboy Slim will play an intimate club gig at everyone’s favorite DC venue, the 9:30 Club! The electronic producer, whose music videos are symbolic of the ‘good ol’ MTV days’ is set to invade the Washington, DC area in late March and we want you to be there!

The electronic producer, whose music videos are symbolic of the ‘good ol’ MTV days’ is set to invade the Washington, DC area in late March and we want you to be there!

Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, has been on a return-to-form after a several year hiatus. So far, the Fatboy has played headlining slots at music festivals such as Holy Ship!, HARD Halloween, and the upcoming Ultra Music Festival. Besides having an impressive production resume, Fatboy Slim is known for his visual and live components. Let this serve as a little refresher for ya –

One of the most notable things about Fatboy Slim is his ability to wear tropical shirts year-round. It doesn’t matter if he’s playing in the middle of winter, you will always see him rocking one of his iconic tropical shirts! With that being said, we have a pair of tickets that we want to giveaway to one lucky RVA Magazine reader.

CONTEST INFORMATION
Step 1) Find a tropical shirt.
Step 2) Take a picture of yourself wearing said shirt.
Step 3) Email the picture to alex@rvamag.com
Step 4) We will choose the most innovative, creative, or funny picture and award the winner a pair (2) of tickets!

The contest begins today and will run for exactly one month. The winner will be contacted by March 20th! Good luck and we let the boutique store shopping begin!
