by | Mar 10, 2025 | HIP HOP & RAP

This past Saturday, Richmond heavyweight, Ducttape Jesus, took over Gallery5 to celebrate the release of Chester Skate Land Deluxe Vinyl with a night of hypnotic beats and ethereal energy. The event brought together a stacked lineup of local legends, including DJ Harrison, Ohbliv, Nick F, GAWD, and hernbean5150, each delivering intoxicating beat-sets that had the crowd locked and levitated.

In true Richmond fashion, the night became more than just a release party, but a full-on communion of sound, culture, and community.

Emmy nominated film-maker Metta Bastet was there, documenting the night’s verve, straight from the source.
