Local nonstop hip-hop party rockers Slapdash have yet another event prepared for the city’s enjoyment this weekend. We assume you’ll all be spending Mother’s Day with your family, but if you’re looking for something to do that night, look no further than Slapdash’s Word 2 Your Mother dance party at The Camel. Featuring Mr. Mason Jones behind the wheels of steel, the party will be rocking with the latest electro/hip-hop/dubstep sounds. With VCU graduation also taking place this weekend, we’re sure you’ll all have something to celebrate, so come sweat your way into a new phase of life with Slapdash at The Camel on Sunday night. And best of all, it’s FREE!

Late-breaking update–the dance party has been moved to 10 PM, and another event will be happening at 8: a Mother’s Day poetry show, featuring the live debut of the band Televised Revolution!
