Open Stage Night Featuring Mothball Fleet, REVISITED

by | Dec 14, 2011 | POLITICS

After last week’s power outage that shut down Cafe Diem, we are psyched to re-announce that one our favorite Richmond bands will be the featured act tonight at Cafe Diem for Open Stage Night. Mothball Fleet is a POLKA/PUNK two piece band that includes vocals, drums and an accordion. One of the most interesting and entertaining duo’s in VA, the Mothball Fleet will be going on at 11:30, so get there early.

Also, Worthless Junk Records (home of Black Girls, No BS! Brass Band and White Laces) will have two of their WJ Holiday Box Sets available for $40.00 American. If you’re looking for that uniquely awesome gift that is sure to please that special someone, than this is for you/them. The Holiday boxset includes CD’s, Vinyl, stickers, posters, buttons and a ticket to the Hippodrome for the Black Girls record release party on Feb. 17th.
