RVA Magazine And GayRVA Endorse Virginia Senator Jennifer McClellan

by | Dec 19, 2022 | COMMUNITY NEWS, POLITICS

RVA Magazine and GayRVA are proud to endorse Virginia Senator Jennifer McClellan for Virginia’s 4th congressional district to continue the progressive legacy of the late Rep. Donald McEachin and represent us in the United States House of Representatives.

Our team gives this endorsement on the strength of her record protecting abortion access and fighting against the discrimination of minorities and LGBTQ+ individuals while in the Senate Of Virginia. In addition, if elected, she would be the first Black woman to represent Virginia in Congress.

We encourage everyone reading this to get out and vote in tomorrow’s Firehouse Primary and cast your ballot for Virginia Senator Jennifer McClellan.

The polls will be open from 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM and you can vote in these locations:

● Diversity Richmond – 1407 Sherwood Ave, Richmond, VA 23220

● Brunswick Conference Center – 100 Athletic Field Rd, Lawrenceville, Virginia 23868

● Charles City Government Center – 10900 Courthouse Road, Charles City, VA 23030

● Dogtown Dance Studio – 109 W 15th St, Richmond, VA 23224
