Tis the season for giving and tacky lights, and RVA isn’t slacking on either this year.

We announced a giveaway for a pair of passes to Lewis Ginter’s Dominion Gardenfest of Lights for those who took tacky light pics and posted them on instagram with the tag #tackylightsRVA.
