The weather is supposed to get up into the high 80s and 90s this week, which honestly, I’m stoked about because I can’t take any more of this rain and cold weather.

The weather is supposed to get up into the high 80s and 90s this week, which honestly, I’m stoked about because I can’t take any more of this rain and cold weather.

But RVA Mag’s official weatherman Frankie MacDonald wants to make sure you are prepared for the upcoming “massive heatwave” slated to hit the state this week.

Last time we heard from the incredibly loud and extremely concerned Canadian, he was giving us a very thorough and intense weather report on the snowstorm that hit Virginia back in January.

Check out his report below and take note of his advice!

So people remember, have your sunscreen ready, your sunblock and have your sunglasses ready because its going to be serious. Do as Frankie says and drink lots of water, lots of fluid and head to the beach or the pool if you need to cool off.

Thank you Frankie for always keeping up informed.
