No celebration is complete without food, so Richmond’s hosting a feast. One of the biggest events in the Richmond dining community is returning for its fifth year this fall. The annual Folk Feast will bring more than 16 of the city’s chefs to cook up their signature dishes.
Proceeds from the tasting event will benefit Richmond Folk Festival, helping to offset the production costs, which average roughly $1.4 million a year. The music festival, produced by Venture Richmond, draws upwards of 200,000 attendees annually.
The event is 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. October 10 in the upper portion of Historic Tredegar. Early bird tickets are already sold out. Regular-priced tickets are $100 and can be bought online here.
Wine and beer will be provided by Tap 26 and Champion Brewing, respectively. Whiskey Rebellion will perform throughout the evening.
