Daily Fix: Fan Death, “Cannibal”

by | Jan 21, 2010 | MUSIC

I am into throwback electro pop, what can I say? Mod-ish girls with synthesizers and overblown 80’s stylings in this video, Vancouver’s Fan Death are quickly becoming a staple on my iTunes. Look for their new material Coin For A Well and a North American tour very soon.

Here are some of my other favorites
DAILY FIX: RJD2, “Let There Be Horns”
DAILY FIX: Empire Of The Sun, “Standing On The Shore”
DAILY FIX: Crystal Castles, “Courtship Date”

In 2005, I created RVA Magazine, and I'm still at the helm as its publisher. From day one, it’s been about pushing the “RVA” identity, celebrating the raw creativity and grit of this city. Along the way, we’ve hosted events, published stacks of issues, and, most importantly, connected with a hell of a lot of remarkable people who make this place what it is.
