G40 Is Huge! The Last Round of G40 Murals & Preview of the Group Show!

by | Apr 5, 2012 | ART

The influence of hip hop culture on the rest of the world will be on full display at the G40 Group Show. The 2000+ pieces from over 500 artists born of street culture (and in some cases other worlds) make the G40 not an art show but art event. Come out starting tonight for the soft preview and tomorrow for a historic First Friday in RVA.

In 2005, I created RVA Magazine, and I'm still at the helm as its publisher. From day one, it’s been about pushing the “RVA” identity, celebrating the raw creativity and grit of this city. Along the way, we’ve hosted events, published stacks of issues, and, most importantly, connected with a hell of a lot of remarkable people who make this place what it is.
