Remember the essence of watching an old movie and seeing how much fun people were having being dressed up in flapper dresses and dancing without a care in the world? We’re talking 1920’s-style, pre-Great Depression era good times. Well, with a little help from the RVA Bootleggers Ball, you can not only have that old school feeling again, but you can live it too.

So get your hair greased back, find a nice suit and tie or a classic vintage sequins dress, and polish up your spats and head out to the 5th annual RVA Bootleggers Ball.

Check out some photos from last year in the video montage below:

To have this feeling again, you are going to need the right setting, and seeing that the Bootleggers Ball is a prohibition themed event based around the 1920’s and 30’s. This year’s Bootlegger’s Ball will be held at The Broadberry. Known for hosting music events and social outings, it’s sure to be a perfect night for a ball.

The crowd will have drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and entertainment throughout the night.

Future Prospect, Dharma Bombs, and Part Liberation Front Dj’s Reinhold and DJ GON will be bringing music to the people throughout the night.

You can grab your ticket HERE.

Don’t wait to purchase your tickets because they might sell out. They’re only $35 and part of the proceeds go to Richmond Animal League.

See you then, folks.
