Just like every serial killer in every slasher flick casually strolling behind the dumb blonde who’s running for her life but keeps tripping every few steps, Halloween is creeping up on us.

Just like every serial killer in every slasher flick casually strolling behind the dumb blonde who’s running for her life but keeps tripping every few steps, Halloween is creeping up on us.

That means RVA Mag is back with another jam-packed nine days of local parties and events that make up our HALLOWEEK 2015, boos and ghouls!!!!

You can join, invite all your weird friends, and keep up with our #HalloweekRVA events at our page here. And be sure to use the #HalloweekRVA tag on all your photos!

One of Halloweek’s many surprises is the release of Hardywood’s official RVA Mag #HalloweekRVA beer ‘Bride of Frankenbier.’

A Frankenblend of our bourbon barrel aged Mega Stout and bourbon barrel aged Quad shocked with fresh IPA – this monster thriller features flavors of rich tootsie roll and dark fruit with notes of orange rind in the aroma, backed with a chocolatey finish. Enjoy if you dare! 11.3% abv.

You’ll be able to find ‘Bride of Frankenbier‘ at many of the business and events listed below:

This year, our crew has been hard at work putting together a week’s worth of spooktacular, strange, fun, freaky, and down right bizarre events for all you freaks out there. We’ll have costume contests, giveaways and tricks and treats!

Don’t worry – for those of you with little ones we have some family-friendly events in there too!

Festivities start October 23 and run through November 1, so since it’s bound to sneak up on us, I thought I’d give you all a rundown now of what RVA Mag has in store for #HalloweekRVA.
