The action in 2015’s RVA Beer Madness tournament is heating up as we approach a conclusion. It’s time now to kick off Round 4, and the Elite 8!

In the Downtown/Shockoe Region, Legend Brewing Company is continuing its strong run and takes a close victory over the popular Capital Ale House. Meanwhile, GWAR Bar’s run finally comes to a close against rival Saison. This sets us up with the showdown Downtown between Legend & Saison.

In The Fan/Scott’s Addition Region, Hardywood wins a close race with The Camel, moving into position to go to the finals, while Joe’s Inn took out Fat Dragon to meet up with Hardywood in what’s sure to be a powerhouse divisional round.

In the Museum District/Carytown Region, Mellow Mushroom’s top seed is running it this year; they beat out Weezie’s by just a few votes. And surprisingly, the Cinderella story that is Garden Grove pulls off another miracle by closely beating out favorites Portrait House. Now can Garden Grove pull out the win against top seed Mellow?

In the West End/Southside Region, it should be no surprise that Mekong is running it to the finals, taking out The Blue Goat on the way. However, we did have a surprising victory by The Bucket Trade, who has really pulled in a popular vote and beats top-seeded Strangeways to move on to the Elite 8 for the first time!

This leaves us with top teams matching ups in every game for Round 4 and the Elite 8!

Cast your votes for our matchups for Round 4, and feel free to share this bracket with friends and businesses in our community.
