Every year we do our best to get folks in the spirit of the season and we’re not talking pumpkin latte; we’re talking brews, booze and boos! Costume contests, the 12th Annual Richmond Zombie Walk, block parties, lip sync battles and a mess of other events are sure to help give you chills and thrills this Halloween season.
