Don’t Try: Weekend Playlist by Xed Out

by | Jun 12, 2020 | MUSIC

Every Friday night, RVA Mag brings you an epic, glorious playlist curated by Virginia’s most influential artists, musicians, and institutions.

This week’s comes to us from Xed Out, a relatively new band made up of veterans from the Richmond punk scene, including members of Smoke Or Fire, The Bled, and Top Heavy. Their debut EP, Full Body Apparition, just came out last week on Say-10 Records, and should be a blast for anyone who needs some energetic melodic punk in their lives. Xed Out’s playlist contains quite a bit of punk rock in a similar vein, but doesn’t fail to throw us a few curveballs, from Hall & Oates to Flock Of Seagulls. It’ll be a great soundtrack to a hot Richmond weekend.

Get sweaty, Virginia.
