TomoNews, a Taiwan based news agency or comedy/animation studio, or both, has never been afraid to lampoon a serious topic. I suppose my biggest surprise was when the group even picked this story up, but I suppose government corruption is big news everywhere.

For the uninformed, former VA Governor Bob McDonnell is facing a Federal Indictment after it was reported he took a bit too much money from a donor in exchange for favors.

If you’ve never seen these fake-news videos before, NPR just ran a story on the company behind them. They produce about 24 videos a day and have a massive team of animators producing the content. It’s really pretty interesting.
