Ladies and gentlemen, Those Freaking Weirdos are bringing their monthly extravaganza, Brews & Burlesque, to Strangeways Brewing this Friday night–just in time to kick off Strangeways’ One-Year Anniversary Celebration! This month, the quartet of Weirdos you’ve come to know and love–Moxie LaBouche, Melody Magpie, Dante The Inferno, and lovely hostess Dev L. Ish–will be joined by Bella La Blanc, a renowned burlesque festival veteran known as the “Stepford Wife Gone Wild.” Expect some exhilarating antics from this crew, as well as Nudie Newbie Bubble Lee and stage kitten Zadora Zaftig, when they hit the Strangeways stage on Friday.

That’s the “Burlesque” portion of the evening taken care of, and while Strangeways’ great selection of high quality craft beer is always enough to fill in the “Brews” part of the equation, this Friday night, they’ve got something special in store for you! As part of the one-year anniversary festivities continuing all weekend, Strangeways Brewing will be releasing a new concoction known as Delightfully Immoral Grisette! This Saison variation simultaneously evokes the Italian femmes fatales described in Mark Twain’s Innocents Abroad, and a traditional French brew dating back hundreds of years. Come sample the Delightfully Immoral Grisette on the evening of its premiere, and have “a tryst with taste.” This will pair wonderfully with the enchanting burlesque performances you’ll be witnessing all night. How can you resist? Get your tickets today!
