The weather outside is frightful, and the fire is so delightful, but there’s got to be someplace to go… eff this snow, eff this snow, eff this snow.

Here’s a list of bars that told us they will be open today, check back and we’ll update as they come in. You might want to call these places before you venture out of your house, though. And keep in mind the weather is only going to get worse this evening.

821 Cafe

Jorge’s Cantina will be opening at 4:00

Little Mexico will be open for regular business hours.

Cary St. Cafe is open for business as usual!!

Lady N’awlins is opening at noon

Melitos restaurant

Steady Sounds is not a bar/restaurant, but will be open 12-5, and for some of you, we know records are more important than food.

Mellow mushroom in Carytown

Millie’s OPEN for lunch, 11-2:30 and so far they plan to be open tonight for dinner at 5:30,

The Camel will be open

Emilio’s Downtown is open regular hours, and Chelsea Temple Band will be playing tonight

Caliente will open at 11:30 am

Viceroy will open for happy hour at 4 pm

Strange Matter will open at 4 pm

Tio Pablo will be open at 1 pm

Stuffy’s Subs on Libbie Avenue is open all day

Dot’s Back Inn is open all day

F.W. Sullivan’s in the Fan is open normal hours today

The Forest on Forest Hill Ave, one of our favorite RVA dive bars, is open for business today!

Patrick Henry Pub is open, as is Union Market

Buz And Ned’s on Boulevard is open

Social 52 will open for dinner at 4 pm

Bamboo Cafe, another of our favorite dive bars, is open

Weezie’s Kitchen in Carytown is open
