RVA Missed Connections September 11-September 18

by | Sep 18, 2018 | RICHMOND NEWS, WTF?!

Richmond may have made it through Hurricane Florence and multiple tornadoes in the past few days, but that didn’t slow the people over in Missed Connections down one bit. This week, we’ve got sparks flying at Sidewalk Cafe and Baja Bean, hotel lobby hookups, and more. Get your popcorn ready, Richmond.

Waitress at Sidewalk Cafe (Sidewalk Cafe)

I was at Sidewalk Cafe last night (Friday) and want to tell the dusky brunette waitress, who waited on us, that you are absolutely stunning and an exquisitely beautiful woman. And a really good waitress! I wanted to say this to you while I was at the restaurant, but was having dinner with a female friend, and couldn’t muster up the courage to do so. I would describe myself here, in hopes that it might spark some interest on your part, but know that waitresses get hit on all the time and think that it would be in vain, so I’ll just leave this post.

Baja Bean Tommy looking for Katie (Baja Bean)

We met outside Sat night, you disappeared looking for Matt and your friend’s phone, I didn’t get your number. You’re cool and super cute, let me know if you want to hang out. Respond with what I was wearing so I know it’s you.

Lowes Gardner Center, Chester, Friday (Chester)

You were working the Garden Center on Friday, would love to talk more, we chatted a bit but another customer came up. I know your name, so tell me what it is so I know it is you. You asked me something but another customer answered, you laughed and it was a great laugh too. I did manage to get my grass seed down!

Westchester Target (Toy aisle)

You found me in the toy aisle at Target after I pushed the button on a super obnoxious toy. We discussed terrariums and action figures. I saw you in the store a little later but I didn’t know what to say. You seemed like someone who would fit right into my group of friends. If you see this, please message me with the figurines you collect. I hope we can hang out soon!

Missed Connection in the Hotel Lobby? (Glen Allen)

Did we have a missed connection in my hotel lobby this evening? We were talking about our long day, sore backs, sore muscles and what we needed to relax. I’m up for exploring and relaxing and can host in my room tonight. Any interest?
