Best Of VA Missed Connections July 15 – July 21

by | Jul 21, 2020 | RICHMOND NEWS, WTF?!

It’s the end of the world as we know it, and whether or not you feel fine, you can at least rely on the Missed Connections to stay constant even as everything around us shifts rapidly and unpredictably. This time around, whether it’s walks in the park or copping some Dairy Queen, people are finding ways to beat the heat even as they find new people to develop crushes on.

This week also features appearances from farmers catching each other’s eyes at the feed store, Jeep girls and the people who love them, and some fishing partners who might just take things to the next level. Plus of course plenty of beach meet-cutes, and a foot fetish-related ad just to remind you that Craigslist is vaguely skeevy even at the best of times.

One quick warning, though: anyone who tells you about the conspiracy theory that’s working against them within five minutes of your first meeting is probably not someone you want to form a lasting relationship with.

Proceed with caution, Virginia.

Plz

Just admit it. The world is pretty much ending… And you’re really gonna hold it in when you have the chance to tell the truth!?

You were a beautiful older woman that I couldn’t keep my eyes off of, kicked myself for not walking up to your jeep and getting your number. Wasn’t sure if you’d be okay with it or not, but you were smiling inside and outside so figured i’d take a shot here and hope you find this.

You were wearing comfortable shorts and tank, beautiful tan, hat, and driving a jeep while you ate your food outside.

Please reply with what I was driving, and wearing so I know you’re real. Hope I get to talk to you, and enjoy some time together.

Sincerely,
